That's why Warren Faircloth opened Faircloth Reatly in 1985, to ensure this important decision was made just a little bit easier by providing helpful and friendly agents to homebuyers and homeowners in the Middle Georgia area.

Warren entered business school with the goal of owning his own real estate company, and soon after he graduated with his Master's degree in Business Administration, he opened Faircloth Realty, Inc. Because of his pleasing personality and genuine desire to help all his customers & clients, Warren knew he would be able to sell real estate, but he had no idea it would be as tough to start as it was.

From the Beginning!

At first Warren took on clients that's properties weren't being handled properly by previous reatlors. He took the houses that nobody else could sell, not because they were bad houses, but because agent's without his eye for detail and potential wouldn't know how to market these wonderful homes. He turned numerous apparent flops into homeowner's dream homes, and after a few years his business began to flourish.

Even with his moderate success, he had no idea his outlook on the industry would help to make his business as successful as it is today. Less than 50% of small businesses in the U.S. stay open for more than 4 years, and a much, much smaller number than that represents real estate business for just year.

So how has Faircloth Realty managed to thrive for so long, and in such a tough market?

We are one of the most successful residential real estate businesses in Middle Georgia, because our agents genuinly love this job. Nothing makes our realtors more happy than seeing our customers first smile crack when they see that we have come through on our end and delivered what we promised.
